In this tougher economic times, I am teamed up with a service called CrossLoop. This service allows people to login to your computer remotely to help you. For example, my father called me tonight with a couple of computer questions. We logged into CrossLoop and within a few minutes, he was able to allow me access to his computer. In doing so, I was able to assist him quickly and efficiently.
